Mersey is predominantly black with lovely mottling in her coat. We think she is a Blue Heeler mix with the energy and grace that implies. Mersey is loving and loyal to her human friends. Although she plays well with other dogs, especially those of similar size and energy level, she would do better in a home with a male. Smart and lively, Mersey has the makings of an excellent companion to the right family or person. She is best-suited for an all-adult home or one with older children. A fenced yard where she can run and play would be a huge plus. She walks well on a leash and "sit", "down" and "paw" are just a few of the commands she knows. Her favorite past times are running, hiking, playing frisbee and going for rides in the car.
